Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using LIVEY™.

Acceptance of Terms

LIVEY™ is operated by Jilcyn Enterprises, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “LIVEY™”). By creating an account or using the LIVEY™ app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use LIVEY™. If you download LIVEY™ from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use, and to the extent it conflicts with these Terms it governs for that download.

What LIVEY™ Is

LIVEY™ helps you discover local live-entertainment events at bars, restaurants, clubs, theatres, and venues, and lets you save events, follow venues and artists/organizers, and receive reminders. Event and venue information comes from venues, artists/organizers, and public listing sources and may not always be complete or accurate.

Minimum Age (13+)

You must be at least 13 years old to use LIVEY™. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this minimum age. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to use LIVEY™; if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete the account and its data.

Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate, current information, must not share your account or impersonate anyone, and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Venue & Artist/Organizer Accounts

If you operate a venue or artist/organizer account, you may publish or be associated with events and profile content. You represent that the information you publish is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. We may edit or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Terms.

User Content & Moderation (24-hour review)

You retain ownership of content you submit; by submitting it you grant LIVEY™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it within the service. You are responsible for the content you submit and must not submit anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, infringing, or deceptive.

LIVEY™ does not provide direct messaging between users, and any notes or reviews you write are stored only on your own device and are not shared with other users. The content visible to others is limited to event and venue/artist/organizer listings. You can report any listing or event, and we review every report and act on it within 24 hours — removing content and suspending the responsible account where warranted. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use LIVEY™ for any unlawful purpose; harass, threaten, or harm others; post spam or deceptive content; infringe anyone's intellectual property; scrape, copy, or harvest data from LIVEY™ except as expressly permitted; reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the service or its security; or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or removed.

Child Safety (CSAE Standards)

LIVEY™ has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Such content and conduct are strictly prohibited. You can report any listing, event, or account in the app; we review reports and act within 24 hours, and we report apparent CSAE or CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law. To report a child-safety concern, email support@liveyapp.com.

Notifications

If you opt in, LIVEY™ sends push notifications and emails such as event reminders and area alerts. You can turn notifications off at any time in Settings or your device settings, and unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Transactional messages (such as verification, password reset, and deletion confirmation) are part of the service.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and its associated data at any time — in the app via Settings → Account → Delete account, or on the web at liveyapp.com/account/delete. Deletion is permanent: your account identity is deleted immediately and active sessions and push tokens are revoked. You can create a fresh account with the same email afterward. A limited set of operational records may be retained only for security, moderation, audit, reliability, and legal-compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

LIVEY™ and its name, logo, design, and software are owned by Jilcyn Enterprises, LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. Event, venue, and artist/organizer information may be subject to the rights of the businesses and sources it comes from.

Third-Party Content & Links

LIVEY™ shows information about third-party venues, artists/organizers, and events, and may link to third-party websites (for example, a venue's site or a ticket seller). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services, including ticket purchases you make with them. Always confirm event details — date, time, price, and age policy — with the venue or official ticket seller before you go.

Disclaimers

LIVEY™ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that event information is accurate, complete, or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIVEY™ and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, your reliance on event information, or your attendance at any event.

Indemnification

If you operate a venue or artist/organizer account or otherwise submit content, you agree to indemnify and hold LIVEY™ harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of the content you publish or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or LIVEY™ will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of LIVEY™ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
