Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LIVEY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Minimum Age (13+)
You must be at least 13 years old to use LIVEY. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this minimum age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if we learn that we have, we will delete the account and its data.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account or impersonate others.
Venue & Artist Accounts
Venues may publish events once their managed profile is set up, and artists may be associated with those events. Published content must be accurate. LIVEY may remove content that violates these terms or contains false information.
User-Generated Content & Moderation (24-hour SLA)
LIVEY lets users report objectionable content. We review every report and act on it within 24 hours, and we remove content and may suspend the responsible accounts where warranted. There is no tolerance for abusive, harassing, or unlawful content.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — in the app via
Settings → Account → Delete account, or via our public web form at
liveyapp.com/account/delete. Deletion is permanent: your account is disabled immediately and all data is erased within 30 days, in compliance with the Apple App Store and Google Play account-deletion requirements.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use LIVEY to spam, harass, or deceive other users, nor attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or removed.
Intellectual Property
Content you submit remains yours; by submitting it you grant LIVEY a license to display it on the platform. LIVEY's name, logo, and design are our intellectual property.
Disclaimers
LIVEY provides event discovery as a service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of event details submitted by venues nor for the outcome of attending events. Always verify event details with the venue directly.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LIVEY after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
